Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for HR & Compliance,it include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team.To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems, HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Talent Assessment, Acquisition and Management

  • Consolidate manpower plan taking into account the most effective and efficient structure
  • Sourcing & screening candidates from different job portals, head hunting, references & lining up candidates for interviews.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Maintaining the attendance sheet and leave management of all employees
  • Employee Engagement & Exit Formalities
  • Looking after work allocation to staff with a view to have best efficiency & timely completion of jobs or projects in hand.
  • Monitoring and managing Performance Management System
  • Taking care of client engagement and maintaining a healthy relationship for business prospective
Compliance and Regulatory

  • Build and sustain positive relationships with key government/external officials
  • Ensure that all statutory and compliance requirements are addressed comprehensively
  • Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
  • Well aware of labour laws
HR related Technology

  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
  • Good understanding of HRMS and other AI or BI HR-related software/portals.
